Solutions Architect

We're on the hunt for a top-tier Solution Architect with a rich career refining the Digital Customer Experience to join a cutting-edge digital tech company's agile Architect team and contribute to the delivery of the technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap!

Workplace Policy | Location: Remote 1st with fortnightly visits to the Manchester office (must be within an hour and a half of Manchester)

Salary: Up to £75k + perks (DOE)

As the go-to expert for all Customer Digital solutions, you'll partner with product teams to translate business needs into top-notch solutions for Customer, Marketing, and other areas,. You'll champion quality and ensure alignment with the tech strategy, playing a key role in delivering the digital transformation roadmap, including a unified customer platform, streamlined user experiences, and enhanced customer marketing strategies.

Key tasks include:

• Design cost-effective, scalable solutions with engineering and SIs.
• Champion best practices in architecture.
• Ensure seamless system integration across the organization.
• Advocate for future-proof technology architectures.
• Partner with product teams to evaluate and implement modern technologies.
• Influence technology strategy through strong stakeholder relationships.
• Continuously improve enterprise outcomes.
• Co-create transformation roadmaps with key stakeholders.
• Lead RFI/RFP creation and vendor selection for technology.
• Represent and champion the architecture vision.
• Contribute to the IT strategy
