We're searching for an ambitious and experienced Resourcer to fuel our growth by filling vacancies, sourcing top talent, and building relationships with both candidates and clients.

Some of your core tasks include:

• Swiftly and accurately fulfilling vacancies assigned by senior staff.
• Nailing the talent search using cutting-edge recruitment tools and resources.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients - they're the lifeblood of our industry!
• Collaborating seamlessly with the team to deliver a smooth and exceptional candidate & client experience.

Skills you’ll need:

• Ambitious, goal driven and able to bounce back from setbacks
• Proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're the bridge between talent and opportunity!
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies
