If you are keen to pursue a career in revenue management our sector could offer you all the excitement you have been looking for, the opportunity to work with a challenging and varied portfolio of products throughout 19 markets in Europe.

The Role

  • Join our Revenue Performance team and make a strategic impact as our Commercial Strategist! 📈
  • Craft compelling inventory and pricing strategies for key markets, using keen eyes to analyse market data.📊
  • Your tactics will optimize revenue, delight homeowners, and help Novasol shine! 💡
  • Lead and nurture our Revenue Management team, ensuring tools are top-notch and teamwork flows. đŸ€
  • Connect with stakeholders, spread knowledge, and bring the whole business together toward a shared vision. đŸ€

What you’ll be doing

You’ll pride yourself on your analytical and communication skills, ensuring that all parties are aligned and we are delivering the best commercial results to our home owners.

Using our revenue management system and other revenue management tools you will be responsible for improving the performance of our individual property products. You will add new pricing information onto our systems and ensure that you are tracking and reporting on the output of pricing changes.

You will develop strong commercial relationships with our internal stakeholders and hold regular meetings (both virtually and face to face) with them to ensure revenues are optimised and relationships developed, making sure we are set for continued mutual success. You will have a passion for developing your knowledge of regional sales, revenue and occupancy performance, once you have layered on competitor trends you will use this knowledge to communicate our trading position to key stakeholders.

Key skills we need:

We’re a team full of energy and with a passion for what we do, so it’s key that you’re enthusiastic, driven and keen to be part of a team. What else do you need in order to succeed in this role?

  • You’ll be hands on and have experience in a revenue management, pricing or market analysis role with the desire to continually improve business performance (1-3 years’ experience)
  • You’re commercially astute with proven analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to construct compelling business cases and encourage open dialogue, whilst building relationships
  • A naturally inquisitive personality as the role will provide the hand-on opportunity to implement and learn industry leading revenue management techniques
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, delivering results against targets
  • You’re passionate about travel and revenue management
  • Ideally, you’ll have had some experience of working within leisure/travel

Equally as important as all the technical “stuff”, we’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, irrespective of their seniority. We don’t believe in standing still (we work in travel, after all), but instead think that everyone should be learning, all the time. Whether it’s a new analytical tool, an industry event or a mentoring opportunity, we will support you to grow your skillset.

If you’re excited by working in a fast paced environment, are obsessed by all things customer and want to join us on our journey, we’d love to chat.

What we’ll give you

  • This is an opportunity for you to join us at a pivotal point in time as we invest in our future
  • You’ll be joining a team of genuine, passionate people
  • You’ll have the freedom to decide on the best way of working to get the job done. We work cross-functionally, so you’ll be given opportunities to develop skills outside of your core skillset.
  • You’ll be an integral part of a team which will deliver growth, and who doesn’t want that?
  • We offer a great salary and fantastic benefits; we’re all about holidays, so we practise what we preach and offer some great travel discounts. We offer flexible working hours. We’d also offer you private medical cover and life assurance – of course we hope you won’t need these, but we want to offer you security.

What else do you need to know?

Our office is located in Virum, north of Copenhagen and we have a flexible work from home policy.

We want to make the application process as stress-free as possible, so typically we’ll have an informal chat with you on the phone, followed by a comprehensive interview either on our Virum office or through Teams, where you’ll have a chance to find out a bit more about the exciting things we’re doing (and maybe tell us what we’re doing wrong). We want to hear about your favourite (and least favourite) projects, what makes you tick and why.
