Management Consultant

Meet our client: A fast-growing scale-up consultancy on a mission to help companies who are struggling within their digital transformations.

With an aggressive 3-year expansion plan is in place, they need a strategic Management Consultant with a background within the financial services space. Working with stakeholders at all levels, and helping optimise, structure, and implement their growth initiatives efficiently and effectively.

Location Workplace Policy: 2 days in a central London office (Must be based in the UK without Visa/Sponsorship requirements)

Salary: Up to £75k + 25% Bonus + Equity

What skills do you need?

• Up to 7+ years in a similar Management Consultant position
• Strong background in technology and transformation consulting
• Exposure to regulatory/financial environments (investment spaces etc)
• Exposure to digital transformation and agile project management (MUST HAVE)
• Prior experience leading, managing, programmes or portfolio delivery for clients and customers
• Comfortable communicating/presenting to all stakeholder levels and managing expectations, workloads and priorities
• Proven understanding of delivering from traditional and agile perspectives
• Eager to learn and grow within the wider tech space
• Experience with RAID and cross-functional dependency management
• Calm under pressure and able to consult clients to a high standard
• Ambitious, not satisfied by the bare minimum and willing to go the extra mile for things you believe in
