We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple high-performing software engineering squads delivering AI-powered features into modern SaaS products.
This role combines strong technical leadership with people management. You’ll work closely with highly capable engineers building AI-first solutions, helping shape architecture, guide delivery, and drive engineering excellence across development and QA workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support multiple engineering squads delivering AI-enabled SaaS features
- Provide credible technical leadership and challenge architectural decisions where needed
- Champion AI-first development practices and effective use of AI tooling
- Drive agile delivery with a focus on outcomes and product quality
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers through regular feedback and career support
- Partner with Product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Improve engineering processes, testing, and delivery standards
- Support hiring and onboarding of high-quality engineering talent
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hands-on software engineering background with experience writing production code
- Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and AI-enabled architectures
- Genuine interest in AI technologies and modern software development practices
- Experience delivering high-quality SaaS or digital products in agile environments
- Ability to work effectively with technically strong engineering teams
Desirable Experience:
- Exposure to .NET, C#, JavaScript, or Azure environments
- Experience building AI-powered product features
- Managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- SaaS, fintech, payroll, HR, or accountancy software experience
