We're on the hunt for a top-tier Data Product Manager obsessed with all things data product, BI & AI centred to join the exhilarating journey of a cutting-edge digital tech company's Data Tribe!

Salary: up to £55,000 + perks

You will play a key role in delivering outcomes and quantifying real customer problems. Utilising the brand's extensive data, you will lead the product management framework and define/solve customer problems using BI & AI. Excellent communication and product management skills are essential for this position, as it involves external-facing elements and dealing with stakeholders.

What else will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of all aspects of the new data platform and ensure it remains aligned with the rest of the business
  • Uncover and measure real customer issues using data analysis tools (BI & AI).
  • Establish yourself as the premier person of data in the business
  • Navigate effectively through complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Work diligently on the backlog of data use cases, remain on track and report on progress
  • Follow an iterative process to deliver use cases to create a minimum viable product and a minimum marketable product
  • Establish clear OKRs that are backed up by data
  • Create and refine user stories and work alongside tech teams to convert them into solutions and requirements that deliver user story outcomes
  • Ensure Acceptance Criteria are captured, clearly defined and met for each user story
  • Play a key role during weekly roadmap sessions and quarterly business reviews and effectively communicate the value delivered
  • Potentially work alongside your team with data platform concepts, tools and technologies such as AWS/Azure & Data Lakes/Warehouse/Mesh (experience not needed in this)


Key skills needed:

  • Prior experience in a similar data product management environment
  • Background working in a data or SaaS business
  • Examples of how, through data products, you have achieved objectives
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering value to stakeholders and solving problems using BI & AI
  • Highly attuned to what customers want and strategic enough to figure out routes to success
  • Highly capable stakeholder manager that can communicate effectively across a variety of mediums
  • Confident to voice when something isn’t right and able to back up thoughts with data
  • Exposure to JIRA & Confluence
