Our client, a big player in the financial world, is undergoing a ground-breaking digital transformation under the leadership of a visionary new CIO. They're seeking a top-tier Cloud Architect with experience in infrastructure & azure who can be the architect of a major internal shift.

Salary: From up to 90-95k

Location | Workplace Policy: One day a week in a Leeds office

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your hands-on experience migrating entire infrastructures from on-premises to the cloud. As the driving force behind this initiative, you'll also work alongside a talented team and use your azure knowledge and more to:

• Design and implement a robust, future-proof cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Lead the migration of critical on-premises applications and data to the cloud
• Ensure the highest levels of security and compliance throughout the process
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless transition
• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
• Optimise performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of cloud environments.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record of taking a company from old school on prem to the cloud Possesses in-depth knowledge of Azure infrastructure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security)
• Understands and prioritises security best practices in a cloud environment
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of all things surrounding azure
