What you’ll be doing:
Lead and Develop Strategy:
- Craft a regional marketing plan aligned with the global strategy.
- Develop concrete action plans encompassing distribution, product launches, pricing, and more.
Team Management:
- Provide direction and guidance to marketing sub-teams (product, trade, PR, influencer, education, visual merchandising).
- Track team performance and ensure project completion.
Brand Awareness and Growth:
- Drive brand visibility through targeted PR and influencer marketing campaigns
- Measure campaign effectiveness (ROI) and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Develop and execute media plans for key launches and top-selling products.
Visual Merchandising:
