What you’ll be doing:

Lead and Develop Strategy:

  • Craft a regional marketing plan aligned with the global strategy.
  • Develop concrete action plans encompassing distribution, product launches, pricing, and more.

Team Management:

  • Provide direction and guidance to marketing sub-teams (product, trade, PR, influencer, education, visual merchandising).
  • Track team performance and ensure project completion.

Brand Awareness and Growth:

  • Drive brand visibility through targeted PR and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Measure campaign effectiveness (ROI) and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Develop and execute media plans for key launches and top-selling products.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Guide the visual merchandising team in creating local initiatives (counter design, window displays, etc.).

Trade and Retail Partnerships:

  • Understand retailer needs and collaborate with the commercial team to secure brand inclusion in promotions and key sales periods.
  • Develop exclusive offers and promotional activities to drive sales.

Performance Analysis and Optimisation:

  • Continuously track the ROI of local initiatives and launches.
  • Leverage market data to optimize new product forecasting.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and propel business growth.

Brand Consistency and Budget Management:

  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals remain consistent across all marketing platforms.
  • Manage all launches and activities within budget, focusing on achieving measurable returns on investment (ROI).
