✅ Collect and analyse data across all levels, from operational to strategic

✅ Understand the brand’s clients inside and out and gather scope/insights

✅ Drive their transformation agenda to success

Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid – London (Must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)

Salary: £60k-£70k base + package/bonus (mentoring scheme, holiday buy/sell, life assurance & more)

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a data-savvy communicator with a knack for filling in the blanks, understanding requirements, and extracting valuable insights for our esteemed clientele.


Technical Business Analyst – Core skills and tasks:

  • Comfortable pushing projects towards delivery in both a standard and agile sense
  • Enthusiastic about the business and wider tech sector and able to use this to remedy client issues
  • Capable of gathering requirements by working closely with stakeholders
  • Gather scope and insights through business process analysis
  • Adept at modern data analytics and migration strategies
  • Experience with process mapping methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN etc.)
  • Highly collaborative individual who relishes the opportunity to maintain alignment & two-way communication between senior figures and a wide array of stakeholders
  • Familiar with lean methodologies
  • Analytical and governance capabilities, as well as experience with data migration and migration governance

  • Experience with data visualisation techniques and digital dashboards
  • Able to develop and write financial and technical business cases
  • Understand scope requirements and from this, manage the change management process
