Ameba Named to Sifted’s Inaugural AI 100 List for Europe’s Most Promising AI Startups

London-based supply chain technology startup Ameba has been included in Sifted’s first AI 100 list, which recognises the most notable AI startups in Europe for 2025. The company is one of three firms in the supply chain and logistics sector to feature on the list.

Founded in 2023 by Cedrik Hoffmann and Craig Massie, Ameba develops an AI-driven platform aimed at improving operational efficiency in supply chain management. Its software integrates with existing workflows to provide visibility across materials, shipments, and operations, supporting faster decision-making and process optimisation.

The recognition follows the company’s early adoption in the European logistics and supply chain sector, where businesses face increasing pressures from market volatility, compliance requirements, and operational complexity.

Cedrik Hoffman, CEO and co-founder of Ameba, highlighted the focus on practical supply chain challenges, noting that legacy software systems were often not designed for operators. “Our aim is to build a tool that allows companies to manage supply chain processes more effectively while minimising the disruption of system changes,” Hoffman said.
