IT Service Delivery Engineer – Leading Retailer
Location –Manchester (outskirts of the City Centre)
Salary – Up to £28,000

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT professional to join an industry-leading retailer and play an integral role in the continued smooth running and significant growth of the business.

Working as part of the service delivery team you will be the service desks 1st point of contact providing an appropriate but high level of technical expertise to what is now 130 users but won’t be for much longer as the company embarks on another exciting international journey.

Essential Experience;
2 years + in a similar service desk environment
1st and 2nd line support
Office 365
Networking
AWS, Cisco, IP (but don’t worry, these skills can be picked up on the job)
