We’re currently working with a leading tech-for-good company in Copenhagen on a mission to create real-world impact, and we’re looking for a Tech Lead to help them shape the future of their platform and engineering culture.

What's the role?

We're looking for a Tech Lead who will lead a team of 5 engineers, stay close to the code, and play a key role in scaling a modern, cloud-based architecture. Day-to-day you will:

Core Tech Lead responsibilites:

• Leading, coaching, and growing a team of engineers
• Designing and building scalable microservices
• Driving architecture decisions across a cloud-native platform
• Collaborating with product & design to turn ideas into reality
• Championing best practices across testing, deployment, and observability
• Contributing to code in complex or high-impact areas

To be considered, it is expected that you offer:

• 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams
• Strong experience with TypeScript / JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js)
• Proven track record building microservices & cloud systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or similar)
• Solid understanding of TDD, automation, and modern deployment practices
• Experience with ElasticSearch, queues, NoSQL, and high-scale systems
• A collaborative mindset and passion for building both great products and great teams
