The role responsibilities and impact

As a Software Engineer here, you won’t be working on “just another platform.”

You’ll be:

• Helping people take control of their money
• Building systems that customers rely on every single day

And day-to-day, you'll be

• Designing and building scalable backend systems in the cloud
• Owning systems end-to-end — from idea ? build ? production
• Working closely with product and design to solve real user problems
• Making key architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform
• Improving performance, reliability, and security across critical systems
• Mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing engineering culture

We're looking for a passionate Senior Engineer, who cares about impact whilst solving large scale and real problems. AND, you'll offer:

• Strong backend engineering experience (Kotlin, Java, or similar)
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems
• AI Tooling (you'll use Claude, Cursor or similar daily)
• A product mindset, you think about users, not just code
• You value clean code, testing, and long-term quality
