We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. In this role, you won’t just work with numbers, you’ll help shape marketing strategy, improve customer journeys, and make a real difference across multiple brands.


You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams, exploring customer behaviour across the lifecycle, analysing campaigns, web and mobile journeys, and product usage to deliver personalised, high-impact experiences. From refining tracking and reporting to testing and learning from your initiatives, your work will be both technical and highly visible.


Salary: £35k–£50k + great perks | Hybrid with 3 days in Huddersfield (UK based)

What you’ll be working on:


  • Analysing customer behaviour across the entire lifecycle to inform strategy and investment.
  • Enhancing reporting, tracking, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are effective and compliant.
  • Partnering with marketing, product, and customer teams to deliver personalised, data-driven campaigns.
  • Using test-and-learn approaches (A/B, MVT, causal analysis) to optimise campaigns and journeys.
  • Building dashboards and reports with tools like PowerBI and Looker to communicate insights clearly.
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through robust data analysis.


The ideal candidate will bring:


  • 3+ years in marketing or growth analytics, ideally in B2C or subscription-based businesses.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience transforming and validating multi-source datasets.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, MMPs a plus).
  • Proven experience with A/B or multivariate testing frameworks and causal analysis.
  • Confidence building dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to tell stories with data.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across marketing, product, and customer teams.
