Salesforce Engineer | Fast-Growth FinTech | London Hybrid

We’re partnering with a fast-growing company that’s scaling at pace and investing heavily in its core platforms. To keep that growth on track, they’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer who’s ready to take real ownership of business-critical systems.

This isn’t just admin. It’s hands-on, high-impact platform ownership.

You’ll be the key contact for all things CRM and integrations, ensuring platforms run smoothly, issues are solved fast, and new features are rolled out with confidence.

Where you’ll make an impact:

  • Maintain and optimise the company’s core platforms, including Salesforce, Mambu, and the integration layer.
  • Act as the technical go-to for platform-related issues: investigating, resolving, and proactively preventing incidents.
  • Monitor system performance and keep business-critical services stable and reliable.
  • Work cross-functionally to support new feature deployments, API-driven workflows, and Salesforce customisations.
  • Get hands-on with Apex where needed to keep Salesforce sharp and scalable.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and the long-term evolution of the platform stack.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years in IT support, platform ops, or application engineering in banking/fintech.
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud preferred) with 1+ year Apex development; REST API experience a plus.
  • Skilled in Salesforce systems (e.g., nCino), admin config, and basic Apex.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms (Mambu a plus).
  • Experience in regulated, change-controlled environments.
  • Familiar with data, QA/testing, Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills; team player.

Why this company?

Well, for one they’re scaling fast, value people who want to make an impact, and create an environment where ownership isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected. Beyond just that though, you’ll be part of a team that puts curiosity, collaboration, and doing the right thing at the heart of everything.

Alongside competitive pay (£55k - £65k), you’ll also get:

  • Hybrid working + flexibility
  • Learning & development tailored to your goals.
  • Private medical, enhanced pension, family-friendly policies.
  • A culture that genuinely backs innovation and personal growth.

If you’re a Salesforce Engineer ready for a role that’s as much about ownership and problem-solving as it is about day-to-day support, this is the opportunity to make your mark.
