Work closely with our engineering team and help drive our next wave of client growth.

Now, we’re looking inwards. We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to support Ben and the Engineering team as we double down on working with key clients and bringing in new ones

Hybrid working in central MCR with salary readily available to discuss

This role isn’t just about starting from scratch. It’s about working with the business, with clients we already love, and while also helping to build meaningful new partnerships with purpose-driven companies across the UK.

• Helping expand those accounts by delivering great talent and insight
• Building your own network of clients who value quality and collaboration
• Working closely with a friendly, ambitious team who want to see you thrive
• Making your mark and growing a desk that feels genuinely yours

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (tech experience is a bonus, but not a must)
• A thoughtful, relationship-first approach – our motto is “WORK WITH US, NOT FOR US”
• Confidence working with clients and candidates, that loves speaking, building and convincing
• A warm, people-focused style, professional, but human
• Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team, and isn’t afraid to bring ideas to the table and have a laugh whilst doing so
