Key Responsibilities

• App Rollout Management: Oversee the deployment of our bespoke mobile application, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and readiness across business and operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to manage testing phases, troubleshoot issues, and refine features.
• Training & Support: Conduct site visits as needed to provide hands-on support and training to ensure smooth adaptation of new technologies by end-users.
• Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, including the development and rollout of planning/collection tools, implementation of AI-driven CCTV, and other tech/operations initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with Executive-level stakeholders, fostering strong communication and aligning project objectives with organizational goals.
• Agility in Task Management: Balance time effectively across various projects, maintaining focus on high-profile assignments that demand strategic oversight and coordinated efforts.

Person Requirements

We’re looking for a Technology & Business Change Project Manager with proven experience and track record in technology implementation and operational readiness.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, ensuring clarity and engagement at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support training and deployment initiatives.
• Adaptability to manage projects in a high-paced environment, particularly involving high-profile, executive-level initiatives.
• Understanding of technology trends and emerging tools impacting business operations.
• Experience within a fast-paced consumer, retail, e-commerce or marketplace business is preferred.
