They’re now on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering large-scale, complex digital projects. Someone who can see the bigger picture, rally cross-functional teams, and guide clients confidently through transformation.

About the Role

You’ll be the link between ambition and execution, overseeing end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch. One day you’ll be deep in planning and sprint reviews; the next, you’ll be presenting progress to key stakeholders and making sure the final delivery lands exactly as promised.

You’ll thrive in the detail, timelines, budgets, people, but you’ll also know how to read the room, adapt fast, and bring everyone with you.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading discovery sessions and scoping workshops with clients and delivery teams
• Managing project delivery across multiple accounts, keeping scope, timing, and quality locked in
• Coordinating cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and performance experts
• Anticipating risks, solving problems, and driving accountability throughout the process
• Reporting on progress, forecasting budgets, and ensuring outcomes meet expectations

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both structure and spark, a natural organiser with agency experience who knows how to motivate teams and engage clients.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience managing digital projects (ideally within a creative or eCommerce environment)
• Solid understanding of Shopify.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for simplifying complex ideas
• A calm, proactive approach and an eye for improvement
• Energy, curiosity, and a genuine love for delivering great work
