Are you a specialist in the loyalty and rewards sector? We are recruiting for a leading engagement agency looking for a commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to join their growing team. 


This is a newly created role focusing on international expansion for a global brand alongside managing a premium UK portfolio.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead Strategic Alliances: Act as the face of the partnership, nurturing high-profile relationships and ensuring long-term partner retention.
  • Drive Global Growth: Support the launch and development of partnerships across Europe and other international territories.
  • Optimise Performance: Use data insights and industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities and boost product engagement.
  • Manage Top-Tier Accounts: Oversee major UK rewards programmes, national mobile networks, and leading energy providers.


Essential Requirements:

  • Loyalty Sector Expertise: Proven experience working within high-profile loyalty, rewards, or engagement companies.
  • Commercial Acumen: A track record of delivering growth through strategic partnership management.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Confident communicating and presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.


Bonus Points for:

  • International Experience: Previous experience managing or expanding client portfolios across international markets.
  • Entertainment Sector Knowledge: Specific experience or understanding of the cinema and entertainment industry.
