Full Stack Engineer

$160k to $220k + equity | Hybrid (New York) | Early-stage product build

What you will be doing:

You will work across the stack and own features end-to-end.

  • Designing and building workflows across web and mobile products
  • Taking ideas from concept through to production deployment
  • Shaping database design, APIs and frontend experiences
  • Improving reliability, performance and developer experience as the platform grows
  • Working directly with non-technical users to understand real problems and ship practical solutions
  • Helping establish engineering patterns, tooling and best practices as the team scales

This is very much a builder role. Less planning theatre. More shipping.


Skills needed:

  • Strong full-stack experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks
  • Comfortable across frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience shipping production features independently
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience (or similar side-project energy)
  • Able to work from high-level problems rather than detailed specs
  • Curious, pragmatic and happy wearing multiple hats

Most importantly, they want engineers who take ownership and move quickly.
