We’re on the hunt for a skilled Data Engineer to join an established, high-growth business that’s redefining how major brands connect with their customers. The company? With ambitious growth plans and a modern, evolving tech stack, they’re looking to add a Data Engineer who enjoys working with modern tools, shaping scalable solutions, and bringing order and accessibility to complex data environments.

This is a role where your work won’t sit in the background — you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team whose insights directly shape marketing, product, and customer experience for millions of users.


What you’ll be working on:


  • Designing and optimising reliable data pipelines.
  • Using modern tools (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) to ingest, transform, and prepare data.
  • Partnering with analysts, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful data products.
  • Embedding a DataOps culture focused on automation, agility, and reliability.


The ideal candidate will possess these core skills:


  • Advanced SQL for multi-source data querying and optimisation.
  • Data modelling and transformation with dbt; strong testing practices.
  • End-to-end experience with Snowflake workflows.
  • Pipeline orchestration via Airflow.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (TableauPower BI) and performance tuning.
  • High-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, validation).
  • Building scalable, business-ready data solutions.
  • Collaborative approach and adaptability to evolving tools.
  • Knowledge of AWSAzure, or GCP.
  • Version control (Git) and CI/CD exposure.
  • Python or similar for automation and data tasks.
