This is a role where your work won’t sit in the background — you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team whose insights directly shape marketing, product, and customer experience for millions of users.
What you’ll be working on:
- Designing and optimising reliable data pipelines.
- Using modern tools (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) to ingest, transform, and prepare data.
- Partnering with analysts, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful data products.
- Embedding a DataOps culture focused on automation, agility, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will possess these core skills:
- Advanced SQL for multi-source data querying and optimisation.
- Data modelling and transformation with dbt; strong testing practices.
- End-to-end experience with Snowflake workflows.
- Pipeline orchestration via Airflow.
- Understanding of analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and performance tuning.
- High-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, validation).
- Building scalable, business-ready data solutions.
- Collaborative approach and adaptability to evolving tools.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD exposure.
- Python or similar for automation and data tasks.
