Are you a PMO Analyst who thrives where precision meets pace? A major organisation undergoing a high-visibility merger is looking for someone to bring structure, clarity, and top-tier reporting to a fast-moving integration program. Your mission:
- Drive high-quality project status reporting across multiple work streams
- Build clear, concise, executive-ready reporting packs for SLT and key stakeholders
- Maintain governance rhythms that keep the program aligned, informed, and moving
- Support the integration PMO with data integrity, RAID management, and milestone tracking
Who we’re looking for:
- A detail-driven PMO Analyst with experience in complex, large-scale programs
- Someone who can distil complexity into crisp updates and senior-level reporting
- Confident working across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines and data accuracy
- Strong grounding in PMO tools, governance, RAID, and reporting frameworks
- Experience within mergers, integrations, or major change environments is a strong advantage
