The Role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who views infrastructure as more than just code. You are someone who finds fulfillment in solving complex technical challenges while knowing your work directly contributes to a positive social impact.

You won’t be siloed in a corner. As a Cloud Engineer here, you’ll be a central pillar of our engineering culture. You will work hands-on to scale our global platform while acting as a bridge, enabling our developers to deploy safely, quickly, and confidently.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Scale: Design and maintain resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Codify Everything: Use Terraform to manage our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across multiple environments.
• Orchestrate: Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability for our mission-critical services.
• Streamline: Build and refine robust CI/CD pipelines that empower developers to own their code from commit to production.
• Enable & Mentor: Bring a true DevOps mindset. You don’t just build tools; you teach others how to use them, sharing your knowledge to drive modern engineering practices across the team.

What You Bring

• Hands-on AWS Experience: You know the ecosystem inside out (EKS, RDS, VPCs, IAM).
• IaC Proficiency: You believe that if it isn’t in Terraform, it doesn’t exist.
• Container Mastery: Deep experience with Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem.
• Automation First: A passion for automating repetitive tasks and building seamless delivery pipelines.
• The "Human" Element: You enjoy collaborative problem-solving. You’d rather pair-program to solve a bottleneck than just "fix it" in isolation.
• AWS Certification: While your practical experience is what matters most, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer (Associate or Professional) credential is a strong plus and demonstrates your commitment to the platform.
