We’re seeking a Client Services Manager to join an established, high-growth business that’s redefining how major brands engage with their customers. The company partners with household names across finance, telecoms, and wellness, delivering campaigns and experiences that keep clients and their customers coming back.

This role puts you at the heart of a high-performing Partnerships team where you’ll manage a portfolio of premium clients, acting as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, and ensuring every project delivers measurable results. Your focus will be on driving client satisfaction, spotting opportunities for growth, and collaborating across teams to bring campaigns to life.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading client onboarding and day-to-day account management.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal teams across marketing, data, operations, and more to deliver projects efficiently.
- Monitoring contractual commitments and ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
- Presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and reporting on KPIs.
- Analysing client data to uncover trends, insights, and new opportunities.
- Contributing to client retention, renewal, and upsell strategies.
- Representing the business at events, forums, and industry conferences.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or client management roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organisation, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, data, and marketing colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and client reporting.
- A proactive, relationship-first approach that goes the extra mile.
- Experience in customer engagement, loyalty, or partnership-led environments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 27001 or BS 10012 (training available).
