Product Designer

Our Manchester-based tech client, a major player in the MCR scene, is looking for a talented Product Designer to become the champion of their game-changing mobile app.

The Opportunity:

Join a thriving company with nearly 500 partners, including some of Europe's biggest brands. We need a design-focused expert with a background in gamification to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. You'll craft exceptional mobile app experiences that drive engagement and success.

What You'll Do:

• You have a proven track record of creating amazing user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for mobile apps.
• You've thrived in an e-commerce environment, implementing gamification strategies across your work.
• You're a master of design tools like Figma and can create prototypes that are both engaging and interactive.
• You're a strategic thinker who contributes to product direction and tackles complex customer problems with creative solutions.
• You're comfortable confidently presenting your design ideas to all levels of the company, including executives.
• You have experience managing expectations across all levels, from team members to C-suite leadership.
• You're a team player with a history of collaborating effectively with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• You're a champion for design within a team setting and can skilfully conduct user research.
