Now? It's all about scaling, and they’re building out the founding team to do it.
The platform is transforming a clunky, outdated industry, streamlining how people connect, transact, and manage key services through one smart, modern solution. It’s already powering multiple brands and gaining serious traction behind the scenes.
The next 12 months are huge: new features, a major greenfield project, and a push to bring engineering fully in-house. And they’re not looking for just another developer, they’re searching for a founding full-stack engineer to help shape the product, tech choices, and culture from day one.
Hybrid (2 days in a central Manchester office) | Up to £70k + learning budget, perks & more | React / .NET / AWS
The stack and skills needed (in case you're wondering):
- React, TypeScript, Next.js
- .NET Core (C#), REST APIs
- AWS (Fargate, ECS), Terraform
- SQL Server, MongoDB
- GitHub Actions
- Collaborative in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, well-tested code (TDD preferred).
- Strong grasp of design principles and modern engineering practices.
- Experienced with CI/CD, cloud (AWS), and infrastructure as code.
- Full-stack capable across front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud.

Your role as a founding engineer:
- Must be UK-based and not require visa sponsorship
- Set the tone for delivery, product mindset, and engineering quality
- Build meaningful, user-facing features that solve real problems
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and stakeholders from idea to release
- Craft well-tested, scalable full-stack solutions
- Help define technical strategy and architectural decisions
- Mentor others and shape the team culture as it grows
