What’s the role about?

This isn’t just a delivery role. It’s about owning the full delivery lifecycle for a high-impact product portfolio, from early concept through to real-world results.

As part of a fast-paced, commercially driven tech team, you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to lead cross-functional delivery teams, driving performance across key areas:

  • Technical SEO: Enhancing search visibility, optimising AI-powered search, and boosting lead generation.

You’ll be responsible for delivery governance, championing agile best practices, and managing a talented team including engineers, analysts, testers, and UX specialists. Your leadership will ensure realistic roadmaps, accurate velocity tracking, and continuous improvement across the board.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Deep experience in agile delivery, ideally within a commercial B2B/B2C product environment
  • Confidence working across SEO/CRO-heavy roadmaps, with knowledge of AI search tools a real bonus

  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and scaling team capability
  • A pragmatic mindset – balancing quality, speed, and long-term scalability
