The Role:

In this exciting role, you'll wear multiple hats and be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact email marketing campaigns and social media strategies. You'll play a key role in building a robust CRM system through email and content activities, while also overseeing social media channels to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, nurture, retention) from budget planning to reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for optimization to drive ROI.
  • Segment email databases to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
  • Manage an Email & Content Executive, fostering collaboration and ensuring results are achieved.
  • Craft compelling content for customer landing pages, blogs, and social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Partner with internal design, merchandising, and buying teams to create seamless promotional experiences.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on SEO and CRO initiatives to enhance website visibility and customer journeys.


You'll Be Successful If You Have:

  • A strong commercial mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience delivering successful email marketing campaigns, particularly in the retail sector.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create engaging content and internal briefs.
  • Proficiency in email CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support a team member.
