- Able to commute on a hybrid basis to the brand's MCR offices (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM strategies, tools, and best practices
- Skilled in data analysis, audience segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making
- Innovative thinker with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator across teams
- Adept at juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
