The Role: CRM Manager

What We’re Looking For


  • Demonstrated success in CRM management or a related role
  • Able to commute on a hybrid basis to the brand's MCR offices (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Skilled in data analysis, audience segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on delivering measurable results
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator across teams
  • Adept at juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Committed to enhancing the customer experience and driving continuous improvement
