Contract details: 12 months

Rate P/D: £525 per day (Inside IR35)

A tech-driven, market-leading organisation with a strong reputation for empowering its teams is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile ServiceNow consolidation initiative. This role involves collapsing two platforms into one, streamlining service controls, and ensuring large-scale operational efficiency across a significant user base.

Your mission:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow consolidation and infrastructure improvement projects
• Drive large-scale, high-impact initiatives that improve service controls and operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution across platforms
• (Optional) Support M&A-related technology integration activities

Who we want:

• A proven PM with experience in complex, high-visibility infrastructure or platform consolidation projects
• Comfortable managing large user bases and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with ServiceNow, platform migrations, or operational efficiency programs; M&A experience is a plus
