Job description

Business Delivery Manager | Huddersfield (Hybrid) | £60k - £65k

We're working with a growing technology business looking for a Business Delivery Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects across client onboarding, technical integrations and wider business change.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into delivery, bringing different teams together and putting the right structure in place to make things happen. You'll work closely with teams across Technology, Product, Operations, Commercial and Client Services, alongside external clients and partners, to take projects from initial planning through to launch and handover.

A big part of the role will be helping the business scale its delivery capability. That means improving how projects are planned and coordinated, making sure risks and dependencies are identified early, and introducing straightforward ways of working that help teams deliver without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, from initial approval through to delivery and handover.
  • Managing B2B client onboarding projects, ensuring partners are set up and launched smoothly.
  • Coordinating technical integrations across APIs, platforms and digital products, working closely with Product and Technology teams.
  • Delivering internal business change and regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
  • Managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinating operational readiness, training, communications and go-live activity.
  • Working with senior stakeholders to provide clear updates, flag risks and keep projects on track.
  • Improving delivery processes and introducing practical frameworks, templates and ways of working as the business grows.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering technology projects, such as system implementations, API or platform integrations, or digital product releases.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of operational readiness, go-live planning and project handover.
  • Experience improving project delivery processes or introducing structure within a growing business.
  • Confidence working with external clients, partners and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge unrealistic timelines or commitments.
  • A recognised project or change management qualification, such as PRINCE2, alongside solid practical delivery experience.

If you're a hands-on delivery professional who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and making projects happen, I'd be keen to have a conversation. Drop me a message or apply below to find out more!
