Senior Product Manager

  • Liverpool, UK
  • MANAGEMENT

Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious B2C Product Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-traffic consumer digital products used by hundreds of thousands of people every month.

Working with some of the biggest brands in the UK, you’ll own and evolve four established consumer-facing websites, with a clear goal: create better journeys, deliver more value to consumers and ultimately generate more high-quality leads for the brands.

This is much more than keeping the lights on. The business is investing heavily in its next generation of technology, including the rollout of a brand-new consumer platform and CMS, giving Product and Technology far greater freedom to experiment, optimise journeys and rapidly bring new ideas to life.

What you'll be doing

You'll take end-to-end product ownership of the company's B2C digital estate, working closely with Technology, UX/UI, commercial teams and partners to:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap across four consumer-facing websites.
  • Improve the end-to-end journey, creating richer and more valuable experiences for consumers.
  • Drive conversion optimisation and lead generation, using data to understand where journeys can be improved.
  • Lead the rollout and evolution of a new AI-driven consumer platform and CMS across multiple brands.
  • Use website behaviour, traffic and conversion data to identify new product opportunities.
  • Partner with an AI-first engineering team, where modern AI development tools including Claude are embedded into the software delivery process.
  • Manage and work closely with a UX/UI Designer, ensuring customer experience sits at the heart of product development.
  • Help shape new products and propositions as the business expands into new markets.

The person

We'd love to speak with Product Managers who have experience across areas such as:

  • B2C / consumer-facing digital products
  • High-traffic websites or digital platforms
  • Lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Customer journeys and UX
  • CMS or digital platform transformation
  • Data-led product development
  • Working closely with software engineering and UX/UI teams

Day-to-day

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.
Document software functionality and update technical manuals.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them as needed.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
