Lead the Charge: You'll be responsible for managing all day-to-day financial operations, building a small team from scratch, and collaborating with trusted third-party accountants.

Shape the Future: Work closely with C-level executives to ensure financial strategies align with the company's ambitious goals.

Be a Pioneer: This is a ground-floor opportunity to define how the finance department functions and fuels the company's growth.

💭 Do you have the vision, the skills, and the passion to take charge? 💭

Other responsibilities include:

• Oversee all the company's monthly and quarterly financial reports, including profit & loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Handle all financial tasks: revenue invoicing & collection, expense & payment management, bank reconciliations, accounting system transactions, payroll processing & compliance.
• Be accountable for tax filings, payroll, and regulatory reports for both the US and future subsidiaries.
• Set up strong accounting systems and processes for the company.
• Work with founders to analyse finances, manage cash flow, and create budgets and forecasts.

Finance Manager – Core skills needed:

• Experience in managing the finances of a company, including profit & loss and balance sheets.
• Firm background setting up financial systems and using spreadsheets.
• Full working knowledge of online accounting software, especially Xero
• Passionate and enthusiastic working that love a start-up environment and are ready to take ownership.
• Bonus points if you've handled finances for international companies & start-up background
