eCommerce Manager

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented eCommerce Manager with ample experience in team management and data driven insights to join one of the biggest b2b acquisition and engagement brands in the UK today and be the champion for customers' online experiences.

Location | Workplace policy: Hybrid in Huddersfield (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)

Salary: Up to £38k with perks

Tasked with being the bridge between data, customer needs, and strategic growth across all the brand’s platforms, you’ll collab with the Head of Digital Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns (acquisition, retention, and partnerships) across web and app banners as well as managing improving customer journeys through new webpages and fresh content optimised for search engines.

What will you be doing as an eComm Manager:

• Building, managing, and maintaining websites for various brands.
• Executing marketing campaigns across websites and apps.
• Continuously monitoring web and app performance, with real-time alerts for customer issues.
• Analysing competitor and market trends in the digital landscape (websites and apps).
• Optimising the customer journey across all touchpoints
• Managing cookies responsibly
• Ensuring strict adherence to company information security policies aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR, BS 10012, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 22301:2021 standards.

Ideal eComm manager will have experience:

• Managing headless CMS for smooth content delivery.
• Handling multi-brand/product content in one system.
• Analysing website data to improve content strategy.
• Implementing website tracking for accurate measurement.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
