Here at MRJ we are currently working closely with a super cool technology business based in Cheshire - Looking for an Technical Support Engineer. You'll help shape their brand new Customer Success Team, provide leading support across their already successful products and further enhance and develop their function. Last year they saw international growth, huge investment, digital transformation & their products further enhanced.


About the role: Technical Support Engineer

1st response to customers globally - providing product support, queries (technical & non-technical), case resolution & problem solving
Establish, develop and finesse their customer service as part of their new Customer Success function/ team
Manage multiple channels (email, phone, messaging, video etc)
Excellent communication and account management skills
Gather and use information from a wide range of available sources to help assist customers
