Using a unique, trademarked approach that blends user research with actionable insights, they create tailored, complex solutions that are simple to use and highly valued by their customers.

Due to growing demand and increased brand recognition, they are expanding their core team and need an experienced and collaborative Web analytics expert to analyse user behaviour trends, map user journeys, and manage custom tracking with GA4.

Hybrid with 2 days a week in Leeds | From £40k - £45k

Fancy joining the journey? Here are your core tasks:

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
  • Analyse user behaviour and deliver actionable insights.
  • Define and track success metrics aligned with client goals.
  • Create dashboards in Looker Studio to visualise data.
  • Conduct keyword analysis, heatmap studies, and A/B testing.
  • Optimise client sites for search engine ranking and user experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to the brand’s growth and financial targets.

Who you are:

  • Highly skilled with GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Rich background helping organisations improve their search engine ranking
  • Personable and able to lead projects and communicate with clients in a thoughtful yet informative manner
  • Experienced with delivering technical SEO audits using SEMrush
  • Familiar with analysis tools (HotJar and MS Clarity)
  • Background conducting A/B tests utilising Google Optimise, VWO
