UX Researcher

Key tasks:

• Collate a wide variety of data (direct user engagement, feedback, product, and analytics) and use it to make recommendations
• Design & conduct research to understand the users' feelings and use these results to identifying customer problems, shape products and fill in missing product features
• Collaborate across the business with a host of staff including user researchers, UX designers, insight and business analysts, and product development teams
