We’re working with a fast-growing e-commerce brand that is looking for a passionate individual to lead their TikTok strategy. As the first hire in this area for the business, you'll create and execute a comprehensive plan to build a strong online presence on the platform.
Your initial focus will be on leveraging TikTok's unique features to increase brand awareness and engagement. As your TikTok presence expands however, you'll eventually be tasked with leading a team of three, including two Presenters, to reach a wider audience across various industries.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving brand growth and building customer relationships. You should be skilled at creating creative content, hosting live streams, and using TikTok analytics to measure and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align TikTok strategy with the brand’s values.
- Develop a cohesive brand narrative.
- Identify and analyse the target TikTok demographic.
- Recruit and train a skilled team of content creators and live stream hosts.
- Manage and optimise live-selling events for seamless operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates.
- Develop engaging and shareable content aligned with TikTok trends.
- Utilise analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Stay abreast of TikTok algorithm changes and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams for a consistent brand message.
- Leverage cross-functional expertise to optimise TikTok campaigns.
- Establish measurable goals and track key performance indicators.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly review and refine strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in TikTok strategy, live-selling, team management, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong recruitment and team management skills to foster a creative and high-performing work environment.
- Proven ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
- Expertise in live-streaming infrastructure and e-commerce operations.
