Our client, an exciting start-up customer obsessed behavioural agency founded by two huge names in the data space (that have grown teams previously to 400+), is looking for a personable and & highly collaborative Senior CRO Executive with exposure to running/coordinating CRO strategies for clients to join them as they embark on a new and fast-paced journey!

Salary: From £40k - £50k

Location | Workplace policy: Hybrid with 3 days in Manchester office (must be based in the UK)

As a Senior CRO exec dealing leading client pitches, you'll need to be a people person who thrives building relationships and managing stakeholders

What are some of the key tasks you’ll be doing?

  • Develops Winning Strategies: Finds weak spots in client's conversion funnels, prioritise what to fix, and sets goals for boosting conversions.
  • Uncovers User Insights: Analyse website data and user behaviour to understand how people interact with the site and identify areas for improvement.
  • Runs Smart Experiments: Plans and oversees A/B tests to try out different website elements and from the results offer data-driven insights (landing pages, forms, checkout).
  • Improves User Experience: Makes website design changes to be more user-friendly and increase conversions (navigation, interface).
  • Tracks Results & Reports: Monitors how CRO efforts impact key metrics, reports on success to stakeholders, and adjusts strategies as needed.

Core skills needed:

  • MUST HAVE exposure Running a CRO strategy and program for clients
  • Highly personable with an ability to lead client meetings, negotiate and maintain important company relationships
  • Experience planning and executing A/B tests,
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspect of CRO
  • Exposure to GA4, GTM,
  • Familiar with looker studio, VWO
  • Comfortable using adobe target and A/B Tasty
