Title: Digital Product Analyst

Reporting to: Senior Product Manager

Role Purpose & intro:

Our full stack product teams are at the forefront of innovation, having delivered transformational solutions across the group, enhancing our customers shopping experience. And we’re not stopping, with loads of exciting digital projects in the pipeline (New website launches, AI & ML, and Mobile Apps to name a few), and we’re also embarking on a huge data modernization project transitioning our old stack into a cloud (AWS) first data architecture."

What will you be doing?

Utilising information gathered through behavioural analysis and data mining, you’ll help make key impactful decisions to help us improve our customers experience whilst driving and optimising conversion.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide data based recommendations to drive the product roadmap.
  • Regularly define key metrics through extensive customer data analysis – ensuring constantly that the results help drive your decision making.
  • Work alongside multiple areas of the business and help deliver and maintain compelling, commercially viable digital products across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Constantly strive to further improve the business’ processes through active contributions to conversations regarding new products, hypothesis’, and approaches.
  • Independently construct various models including user segmentation, marketing attributions and customer lifetime values.
  • Spot new opportunities to disrupt the industry and being inspired by innovation, you will have the expertise to turn an idea into an opportunity.

Candidate requirements:

We're looking for a highly passionate analyst with a wide range of experience within high performing data-driven product teams, preferably in a digital and/or mobile first environment.

  • Demonstrable experience in building digital products (web & mobile) and a track record of success you're proud to talk about.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to communicate complex problems that can perform well under pressure and process data in a comprehensible manner.
  • Natural interest in digital tech.
  • Background in A/B testing, user-testing and analysis of results using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Monetate.
  • A hunger to learn, natural curiosity and a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong sense of ownership and highly organised nature.
