Whether you want a change of scenery or looking to ditch the agency life… Our client is bringing their paid media operations in-house and need an analytical Paid Media Specialist with experience managing multi-million-pound brands who can take full ownership of their paid media strategy.

Salary: £40k- £45k + perks (training budget, bonus, flexi times + more) - Hybrid working in Manchester (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship restrictions)

In collaboration with the performance marketing team, you'll have a substantial budget of £6.5 million and be responsible for overseeing Paid Social activities across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. A deep understanding of these channels is essential, along with familiarity in Paid Search, Affiliates, and Display advertising.

Key tasks include:

  • Spearhead Paid Social campaigns on key social media platforms. This includes defining target audiences, maximising budgets, crafting impactful creatives, and achieving performance objectives.
  • Target the right audience, optimise budgets, and create eye-catching content.
  • Track results, adset and campaign performance closely and make adjustments if needed
  • Understand what works best in each region and create localised content
  • Provide regular reports with insights for the team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with creatives to develop fresh campaign ideas.
  • Work with marketing to ensure a unified message across channels.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and suggest improvements for paid social.
  • Assist the Senior Performance Marketing Manager with Display and Affiliate programs.

Paid Media Manager – Skills needed:

  • 4+ years of experience developing and managing high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Proven track record of success, from crafting strategic campaign concepts to optimising
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly creative with an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Possesses a working knowledge of Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, and Display Advertising (desirable).
