Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll take on a range of exciting responsibilities and have the opportunity to develop new skills with the guidance of our friendly and knowledgeable support team. Some of the key areas you'll excel in include:

  • First-Line Support: Be the first point of contact for new tickets and calls, progressing into second-line support as you grow.
  • Helpdesk Administration: Skilfully administer our helpdesk system, responding to and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Software Configuration: Contribute to the configuration of our innovative software applications.
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and management.
  • New Customer Onboarding: Play a pivotal role in onboarding new customers, setting the stage for their success.
  • Technical Savvy: Develop an understanding of integration technologies and data formats, such as APIs, Postman, SFTP, CSV, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: While parking industry knowledge is beneficial, your passion for learning will be your greatest asset.
  • Database Management: Utilize your SQL skills, particularly in MySQL, to manage databases effectively.
  • AWS Cloud Experience: Leverage your familiarity with the AWS Cloud platform to contribute to our IT services.
