Head of Operations | Project delivery

A leading SaaS technology company that focuses on optimising recruitment companies’ digital footprints is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Head of Operations | Project delivery to oversee huge multi-layered projects and manage budgets, timings and overall successful delivery.

Central to our client’s growth during this critical growth phase and with direct communication with the brand’s CEO, you’ll be a highly organised leader who can effectively connect across cross-functional teams and keep on top of the entire creative process, from conception to ideation and beyond.

Core responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment is achieved on projects and ensure clarity is maintained throughout its entirety
• Foster warm, friendly yet effective relationships with your team ensuring creative, UX, tech, strategy & finance are all being accounted for
• Maintain two-way communication with clients so they remain in the loop on progress and happy with overall project timescales/updates
• Take responsibility for your projects and remain accountable for performance
• Evaluate current operations and try to find ways to optimise – our client is always open to hearing ways to improve how they work!

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven abilities to organise, lead and deliver effectively on projects
• Comfortable communicating with a broad range of personality types
• Empathetic leader that can nurture others and promote a positive working environment
