Our client, a booming MCR eComm brand, is on a mission to supercharge their email marketing output and they need YOU to help lead the charge as the key figure behind a new social team (with huge scope to grow)
Salary: Up to £30k + perks

Be the mastermind behind email campaigns that drive results! You'll work hand-in-hand with various departments (marketing, product) to craft compelling content, A/B Tests and more that boosts buy-in, sales, and overall customer engagement. Our client are looking for someone to truly hit the ground running in this position with a proven track record of success in email marketing.

So, what will you be doing?
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, optimising through testing and segmentation.
- Work with the Email Marketing Manager on customer journeys and automated campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
- Provide clear briefs to the content team.
- Analyse campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
- Experiment and learn to enhance email marketing efforts.
- Use trading metrics to inform decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in data collection for customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage social media accounts when needed.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and industry trends.
- Ensure campaigns align with the brand's identity.
- Serve as the primary contact for email inquiries.
- Complete various tasks as needed to support business goals.
What skills do you need?
- Klaviyo Proficiency: Solid, recent experience with the Klaviyo platform.
- Ecommerce Background: Understanding of ecommerce operations and familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- SMS Expertise: Experience working with SMS marketing campaigns.
- GDPR Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR regulations and best practices for email marketing.
- Meticulous and precise in their work.
- Driven and proactive in their approach to tasks.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of business goals and metrics.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams across the organisation.
