🔸 The role: Data & Insights Analyst | Revenue Management team

Reporting into the Manager, Revenue & Analytics you will be a key commercial strategist in awaze, as we seek to continue to expand our use of analytics to drive performance and business transformation.

You will champion, support, and develop the Revenue Management service, tools, and team to ensure ongoing development of Novasol revenue management discipline and enabling our teams to deliver the best commercial results to our homeowners.

Additionally, you will assist with building best-in-class data visualization tools in cooperation with your team of revenue performance to enhance and facilitate decision-making across the business as well as measure and improve KPI’s.

You will take complex business problems, build business cases and translating insights into next step actions. Hereto, you will build strong relationships with Awaze’s stakeholders to ensure buy in, knowledge transfer and a holistic approach to the business.

🔸 What will you offer?

A commercial strategist, you'll be great with numbers & data; possess strong, analytical, storytelling and problem-solving skills; and offer expertise in delivering and translating data into actionable insights, with the desire to continually improve business performance.

In addition, it is expected that you will offer:

  • Familiarity with designing, building and maintaining dashboards built from multiple datasets and to fit a wide range of audiences
  • Experience in understanding analytics and data architecture in order to validate and create data models.
  • Experience working in Tableau and Excel
  • Skills in SQL and/or R studio (ideally)
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or travel preferred
