Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Focus on tech solutions! This role will involve building out an automated customer support system that lets customers solve problems themselves, saving everyone time.
  • Be the customer's voice! You’ll share customer feedback to improve the brand’s app so it’s fit for purpose
  • Numbers matter! Work against agreed KPIs and report on progress to seniors
  • Grow the team! You’ll be responsible for building and leading a team of amazing support specialists.

Customer Support Manager – Core skills needed:

  • Experience in managing customer support teams
  • Firm background setting solving customer issues in a calm and reasonable manner
  • Full working knowledge of support software tools (Zendesk, Help Scout, Intercom etc.)
  • Passionate and enthusiastic working that love a start-up environment and are ready to take ownership.
  • Proven ability to design and implement customer support systems from the ground up.
  • Experience using data to analyse performance and achieve challenging service level agreements (SLAs).
