CONTRACT eCommerce Project Manager (Change Management) – Hybrid (London – 1 day/week) 

MRJ Recruitment is partnering with a leading e-commerce business to find a Commerce Project Manager with a strong focus on Change Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key strategic initiatives and drive transformation in a fast-paced B2C environment.

The Role:

• Lead change management projects to support business growth.
• Manage a balanced portfolio of commercial strategy (60%) and process improvement (40%).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (buying, selling, purpose teams) to optimise sales and product strategies.
• Guide senior stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver impact.
• Contract: Details available upon request 
• Hybrid: 1 day per week in London.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project and change management within e-commerce, retail, or B2C.
• Strong understanding of people processes and strategic execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
