Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid 3 days p/w in central MCR office
Salary: Up to £60k + Perks + bonus

Having received various awards over the years, including a 4.9 out of 5 Google rating, platinum trusted service award, and Corporate LiveWire award (which is just scratching the surface), they are now expanding rapidly in the US market and need a Front End React developer to help achieve their goals.

With multiple existing and greenfield projects in the pipeline that you’ll play a HUGE role in helping evolve, you’ll work in a truly agile cross-functional workflow with products completely cloud based and hosted on AZURE.

What skills do you need?

• Relevant commercial experience working with REST, JSON
• Comfortable build clean architecture with TDD and BDD for mobile platforms.
• Skilled at stakeholder management and finding balance between best practice, longer-term maintenance, and company goals
• Comfortable working in cross functional teams
• Highly numerate and able to remain on top of maintenance costs across product teams

What will you be doing?

• Ensure initiatives are achieved
• Evaluate and evolve brand’s engineering functionalist
• Oversee software quality for features built (TDD, Pairing, Peer Review, Static Analysis)
• Collaborate closely with product owners and development leads and ensure estimates are the correct fidelity and match progress
• Work to identify potential bugs and solve
• Take ownership of entire lifecycle of delivery from conception to release
• Remain a key figure amongst the industry and attend relevant events
