Affiliate Partnership Executive
Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid working with 3 days in a central Manchester office
Salary: Up to £25k + Perks (DOE)

We are looking for a motivated, driven and creative Affiliate Partnership Executive to join one of the biggest b2b acquisition and engagement brands in the UK today.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating connections, driving success, and possess a natural ability to develop new and existing partnerships with affiliates on a B2C basis (with some b2b elements when collaborating with other team members)

You'll be responsible for representing the best of the brand and driving success using innovative marketing strategies as a brand advocate.

In addition, you will also:

• Engage in partnership management either direct or via affiliate networks
• Take immediate responsibility for managing, optimising and delivering successful campaigns against revenue & CPA targets
• Negotiate and implement CPA and tenancy agreements with affiliate partners to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
• Establish yourself as an exemplary brand figure that can effectively communicate with prospective stakeholders and advertise bespoke offerings
• Communicate with existing accounts with the aim of promoting retention
• Engage in budget management and ensure campaigns remain on track
• Evaluate campaign performances and incorporate a test and learn approach to improve
• Communicate across departments and ensure alignment is met
• Provide regular reports on performance
• Remain aware of the wider affiliate sector and implement trends if appropriate

Key skills:

• Highly organised and comfortable driving results and managing your own workload
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder influential skills that can communicate with a wide range of personality types
• Creative flair that can brainstorm ideas
• Comfortable providing detailed reports when needed
• Skilled as Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Passionate about working in a fast-paced and target-led environment
