Senior Software Engineer - C# .NET/Core, AWS/Azure, TDD, Architecture

Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid working in a modern Manchester office 1 day a week, with 4 days WFH

They’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a deep skill set based around C#/.NET Core/Web/API and leadership to enter their Software Engineering team and help optimise and maintain technical architectures across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a lucrative and rewarding career based around overseeing a team that will have you utilising and developing with a whole host of modern tech across Azure or AWS (with an eye on GCP) with SaaS, web services, and eventually Serverless/Lambda.
Key skills needed:

• Up to 5+ years needed in a similar software engineering position across C#/.NET Core web/API environment.
• Skilled at leading and overseeing a small team and guiding them to success
• Background defining system architectures
• Deep skills in TDD, SOLID, Refactoring Patterns
• Strong communication skills
• Firm DevOps mindset in Azure/AWS
• Experienced with Serverless, Lambda & Google Cloud Platforms
• Agile/Kanban mindset that work comfortably within teams and deliver iterative solutions
• Keen to engage in the wider tech community through meetups
• Familiarity with front-end implementation (JavaScript, CSS/SASS, HTML etc)
